By creating an account, accessing webmail, or using any GetRemma feature, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for account security and credential handling, including:
- Using accurate registration information.
- Maintaining confidentiality of passwords and recovery details.
- Promptly notifying support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You must not use GetRemma for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity. Prohibited behavior includes spam campaigns, malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, and attempts to disrupt platform availability or security.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, or force majeure events may impact availability.
Plans and billing
Free and paid plans may have different limits and features. Paid plan terms, pricing, and renewal conditions are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated in future releases.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access if terms are violated, security risks are detected, abuse is confirmed, or legal obligations require action. You may stop using the service at any time.
Liability and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GetRemma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from service use, misuse, or unavailability.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GetRemma after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest version.
