getremma CORREO SEGURO Y VPN

Acceptable Use Policy

English edition (translation not yet available).

Effective date: 2 October 2026

1. General rule

Use GetRemma only for lawful, authorised and non-abusive purposes. Do not use the service to harm people or systems, deceive recipients, infringe rights, evade lawful restrictions or create unreasonable operational risk.

2. Email, spam and impersonation

You must not send unsolicited bulk email, use purchased or scraped lists, conduct list bombing, forge headers, impersonate another person or brand, evade spam filters or continue sending after consent is withdrawn. Phishing, credential harvesting, malicious password-reset traffic and deceptive sender identity are prohibited.

3. Fraud and harmful content

Do not use the service for payment fraud, card testing, identity theft, fake support, scams, malware, ransomware, exploit delivery, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, credible threats, violent extremism, unlawful gambling, illegal goods, sanctions evasion, harassment or unlawful infringement of intellectual-property rights.

4. Network and security abuse

Unauthorised access, credential stuffing, brute force, vulnerability scanning, exploitation, denial of service, traffic amplification, botnets, resource exhaustion, rate-limit bypass and interference with security or audit controls are prohibited. Good-faith security research requires prior written authorisation for the exact scope; this Policy does not create a public testing licence.

5. VPN-specific restrictions

Legitimate privacy, remote access and ordinary internet use are allowed. You must not use the VPN to conduct prohibited activity, conceal attacks, launder abusive traffic, operate an unauthorised public proxy or resale service, rotate bulk abusive accounts, or bypass plan, device, capacity or regional controls. Do not publish, resell or share account-linked VPN profiles, connection links, keys or credentials.

6. Platform and account integrity

Do not automate mass registrations, create account farms, misuse promotions, manipulate traffic or billing counters, reverse engineer access controls, submit false support evidence, or help another person evade a restriction. Automated use must remain within documented interfaces and reasonable limits.

7. Resource use

Do not consume storage, mail, connections, support or network capacity in a way that materially harms other users or the service. We may apply documented plan limits and proportionate technical controls. A high volume alone is not proof of abuse; context, plan and impact matter.

8. Investigations and enforcement

We may use account, mail-delivery, security, billing, support and service records actually available to investigate a report. We do not claim to inspect all VPN destinations or content. Depending on severity, action may include a warning, message or connection block, credential revocation, feature limit, temporary suspension or account termination. Urgent threats may require action without notice. We may preserve limited evidence or refer a matter where law requires it.

9. Reports and review

Report suspected abuse to support@getremma.com with timestamps, sender or account information, relevant headers and a concise description. Do not send unnecessary sensitive content. A user affected by an enforcement decision may request review at the same address. We will consider context, reliable evidence, prior conduct, severity and available remediation.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy for new abuse patterns, legal duties or infrastructure requirements. Material changes follow the notice and versioning process in the Terms of Use.
