Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited and restricted activity on GetRemma. It exists to protect users, infrastructure, inbox reputation, payment partners, and the wider internet from spam, fraud, phishing, malware, and other abuse.

Purpose

GetRemma may be used only for lawful, legitimate, and non-abusive communication and account management. You must not use the service in a way that harms recipients, deceives users, compromises security, violates law, or creates unacceptable risk for payment processors, infrastructure partners, or mailbox reputation.

Email abuse and spam

The following email-related activity is prohibited:

  • Unsolicited bulk email, spam campaigns, list bombing, or large-scale cold outreach without valid consent.
  • Use of purchased, scraped, borrowed, or third-party mailing lists.
  • Phishing, spoofing, forged headers, deceptive sender identities, or impersonation of persons or brands.
  • Credential harvesting, account takeover attempts, social engineering, or malicious password reset traffic.
  • Transmission of malware, ransomware, harmful attachments, exploit payloads, or links to malicious infrastructure.
  • Attempts to evade spam filters, blocklists, complaint systems, or mailbox provider enforcement.

Fraud and deceptive practices

You may not use GetRemma to facilitate or promote fraud or deception, including:

  • Payment fraud, card testing, chargeback abuse, fake invoices, refund scams, or identity theft.
  • Misleading offers, fake storefronts, fake support operations, or false representations of products, services, or affiliation.
  • Using the service on behalf of undisclosed third parties or reselling accounts to known abusive operators.
  • Any communication flow intended to manipulate, defraud, or unlawfully pressure recipients.

Illegal or harmful activity

You may not use GetRemma to host, transmit, promote, or support unlawful or harmful activity, including:

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or content involving non-consensual abuse.
  • Terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats of violence, or instructions for violent wrongdoing.
  • Counterfeit goods, intellectual property infringement, or unlawful distribution of protected materials.
  • Illegal drugs, unlawful gambling, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited goods and services.
  • Harassment, hate-based abuse, or content intended to incite serious harm against individuals or groups.

Security and platform abuse

The service must not be used to probe, attack, or degrade systems. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Unauthorized access attempts, credential stuffing, brute force, vulnerability scanning, or exploitation.
  • Denial-of-service activity, abusive automation, rate-limit bypass, or resource exhaustion.
  • Mass account creation, throwaway account farms, or operational patterns designed to conceal abuse.
  • Interference with service integrity, audit logging, abuse detection, or other security controls.

VPN abuse

The VPN service must not be used for abusive or high-risk activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using GetRemma VPN to facilitate spam, phishing, malware delivery, credential theft, fraud, or unlawful evasion activity.
  • Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or publicly distributing VPN access, connection links, or account-linked device credentials.
  • Attempting to bypass subscription limits, device limits, anti-abuse controls, regional controls, or service restrictions.
  • Using the VPN service to attack, probe, disrupt, or degrade third-party services, networks, or infrastructure.
  • Running abusive automation, traffic laundering, proxy resale, bulk account rotation, or other patterns designed to conceal abuse.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, systems, and partners. Enforcement may include message blocking, account review, temporary restriction, permanent suspension, domain or inbox disablement, data preservation for investigation, payment review, and referral to hosting, mailbox, legal, or law-enforcement partners where appropriate.

Reporting abuse

If you believe a GetRemma account is being used for spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or other prohibited activity, report it with relevant evidence, timestamps, sender details, and message samples so we can investigate promptly.

Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect new abuse patterns, legal requirements, infrastructure needs, or partner compliance standards. Continued use of GetRemma after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
